U.S. Department of Energy’s Competition of the Contract to Manage and Operate the National Renewable Energy Laboratory

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has announced that it will compete the management and operating (M&O) contract for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).

Please note: to compete for this contract, all applicants must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration System (CCRS) and the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS). All responses to the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) must be made through IIPS. In addition, all formal announcements and questions regarding the draft and final RFPs and corresponding responses from the Government will also be posted on the IIPS Web Site.

This web site is intended only to provide interested parties access to commonly requested information that may be useful in preparing an offer. DOE does not represent that this site contains all information necessary for the preparation of such an offer. Further, this site contains no official procurement information. Official procurement information is only found on the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) Web Site.
