Minnesota to Require 20% Biodiesel Blends by 2015, with Caveats
If conditions are right, nearly all diesel fuel sold in Minnesota will contain 5% biodiesel by mid-2009, 10% biodiesel by mid-2012, and 20% biodiesel by mid-2015.
